We work directly with rural women entrepreneurs and farmers. Every product undergoes strict quality checks and is made using traditional recipes without harmful preservatives to ensure authentic taste and high nutritional value.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days across India.

What is your return and refund policy?

Due to the perishable nature of food items, we only accept returns if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery for most pin codes across India. You can also pay securely via UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking.

Are your products organic?

While not all products are certified organic, we focus on 'Natural' and 'Pesticide-free' farming practices. We prioritize sustainable agriculture and traditional processing methods.
